Offers comprehensive primary care including HIV, STD and Hepatitis services. There is a sliding scale fee, based upon income. For those who are eligible, there are also programs that may help to cover the cost of Healthcare services. Appointments are encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome. Services available in English and Spanish.

A special program, housed at the North Park Family Health Center, providing a safe and comfortable venue for gay men and transgender individuals to access:
  • HIV testing and counseling
  • STD screening and treatment
  • Health risk assessments/appraisal
  • Monitored Hormone Therapy
  • Hepatitis B vaccination

A small fee covers testing and required treatment, Hepatitis B vaccinations, Monitored hormone therapy and related lab work, and referrals to other support services. The fee may be waived for those who are eligible. Appointments are encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome. Services available in English and Spanish.

A $15.00 fee covers testing and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), Hepatitis vaccinations for at-risk clients, lab work, in-stock medications and follow-up visits within 30 days of exam. The fee may be waived if you are unable to pay. Confidential HIV testing available with STD examination - you use your name but your identity is protected by law. No appointment necessary.
